Human Resources can be defined as the department of personnel that has direct dealing with the hiring, administration, and training of employees in any business or organization. This department also oversees any policies that govern employee behavior and the behavior that a company has towards its employees. Having a sound Human Resources department that has in-check practices can benefit a company tremendously. If applied to your business in the right ways and managed effectively it can help any business meet its performance goals. HR practices need to start becoming innovative to keep up with the times, we must start changing how HR managers are thinking and what type of questions they are asking.
