This department also oversees any policies that govern employee behavior and the behavior that a company has towards its employees. If applied to your business in the right ways and managed effectively it can help any business meet its performance goals. HR practices need to start becoming innovative to keep up with the times, we must start changing how HR managers are thinking and what type of questions they are asking.
